Designing a Delightful and Exceptional Pilgrim Experience
This workshop addresses the concept of delighting the pilgrims by shifting from basic satisfaction to a deeper state of joy and reassurance, through the creation of a holistic and exceptional Hajj and Umrah experience. It places the pilgrim at the heart of the design process, integrating the key dimensions that shape the experience - spiritual, temporal, spatial, organizational, and human - with the six pillars of delight: emotion, human interaction, problem-solving, sensory engagement, timing, and control. The session also aims to translate pilgrim needs and challenges into opportunities for innovation and distinctive services that elevate the overall experience and support the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
